While pickup can be done quickly,

• Around 6–20 hours, depending on your pet’s size

• Additional time for drying and preparing the ashes

 This means the process can begin on the same day,
but it will not be completed on the same day.

3. Ashes Are Typically Ready Within 2–5 Days

After the process is completed, we will:

• Carefully dry and refine the ashes

• Prepare the urn or memorial container

• Conduct identification checks

 The ashes are usually ready to be returned within 2–5 working days
